"High Hopes Preschool" was founded in 1986 by Cindy Ellis. In March 2006 Carmen Halpenny took over as owner/operator. Her love for teaching and learning with the children has helped to make this preschool a success. "High Hopes Preschool" is now well known throughout the community. We look forward to having your family become part of our family.

Our goal is to provide a safe and caring environment for all who enter.Our open door policy is our way of allowing parents/ caregivers to be a part of their child’s preschool experience. Our staff is all ECE qualified and strive on making the preschool experience one to remember.
